I have a bunch of amateur TV stuff, but nothing above A downconverter and mixer oscillator with model numbers AIDC-3733 AIDC-3731AA which may be used to downconvert signal your base band device. One of the devices indicates perhaps it was for 4 meters not a us amateur band.

It also says no Ital which I take to mean does not have a crystal. I have no way of testing the items, so sold as-is.

How to do that I have no idea. I received these on a trade for some amateur television ATV items, and know next to nothing about them.

I understand these were popular in Europe when a s-band amateur satellite was the air. Look at the pictures closely. According to the components, these will downconvert a signal ins band, between Included are two components used to downconvert s-band signals base band.
