You can see its putting out a nice clean signal at its designated frequency, and you that it has crystal is exact so seems to me should be not too hard move into the Ham band if wanted to, just change retinue little. The SMA connector was bent, I straightened it which would be a problem at higher frequencies but not UHF and installed an extender so there is clean connection to the output. If you use the case for return/ground, then that's enough contacts to supply signal and DC power. I marked the circuit connections on outside, A no connection, B power, C ground,signal, E signal ground both grounds connect to chassis. And a trick I've used with hard to find or expensive connectors is coat the inside some mold release or thin of Vaseline put contacts onto pins and use slightly flexible epoxy fill connector - when almost pull out let it dry you now have custom insert for your mystery. There are two female contacts included, right now they on the power and ground pins.
