Normal cosmetic wear from regular use age. The top has some dents in it and I don't know if you can see them pics so wanted to mention. James Millen transmatch antenna tuner selling as is for parts repair since I have no way to test or evaluate this. There are numbers written in marker beside the frequency mic knob.
There is an on off toggle switch in the upper right corner that does not look original to this if a way test with multi meter I would be happy do so, you can give me instructions how so. See photos.
