I ended up going a different route. This uses 2 MRF476 transistors and has the bias board attached. I will include copies of pages from the manual with information. It is broad band but you would need a low pass filter board that handle 100 watts and relay to switch the in out on transmit.
This is a solid state broad band final RF amplifier from Ten Tec corsair. I bought it to use as a high power 100w out amplifier for QRP rig. The outside measurements are 6 x 4/2 1/2 plus the bias board height .
