It is steel and has a black crackle finish. The paper wrapper appears to have gotten wet at some point.

Shipping weight is about 7lbs. I plan to ship via FedEx ground service. It was sealed in its original padded paper wrapper until I opened it up to take the photos shown below.

The flawed side is in at least good condition, but likely very good. The panel comes from a smoke free, pet free home.

One side of the panel is nearly perfect. The other side has a few flaws and areas where the paper is sticking second photo upper right hand corner and lower left hand. 75in offered here is a new, old stock nos relay rack panel.

The panel is 3 16in thick and 19in wide by 8.
