You're buying it as is because of that. Not sure whats here and not. This is untested as I do not have the time to test every single item extensively. Very heavy, but well made radio.

Unfortunately the fuse is damaged, so I cannot see if it will turn on. But currently will need at lease a fuse. This is a very nice Collins 51J-2.
