Condition: used, checked. This is something you don't want put in a thin Walmart discarded carton. The mounting tabs are slightly bent from being shipped and improperly packaged first time. You just don't see these very much.
Shipping includes a special double wall carton we had made for it and buyer pays the 16 cost of that box in. Shipping: shipped quickly. This is a heavy and large speaker.
Otherwise, aside from some paint marks which are clearly visible in all pictures, the unit is quite nice. There is ample room for fiberglass padding as you can see and the rear apron drilled a back panel not provided.
