Details:

The main schematic is two 11x17 facing foldouts. I like it a lot better than the original I paid over 200 for because the comb binding allows it to lie flat on your workbench. It has every possible repair procedure from removal of the front panel and each sub assembly to very detailed troubleshooting info. You can imagine what happens to the photos.

The laser printer just can't equal the quality of the inject for photos.

Fourth echelon troubleshooting testing procedures. Second, while I print the pages on a laser printer, I print the photos in gray scale best quality on an inject. Fifth echelon maintenance also, my version of the parts manual is very useful. I left out the useless federal part numbers, but the photos showing where every part is are great.

The original was stapled together, making it difficult to use. Theory, including a 40 page discussion of what every part of the radio does and an analysis of the mechanical tuning system. The last page is numbered this is the big book on the r 390a.

The photos in my version are beautiful depot inspection procedures including preparation and tests. Chapters include 1.
