Again I'm not sure at all ill photo it so you can be the judge for yourself, I will say that each number has potential to have 7 lite up sections even though one small section is dull still tell what there. Shipping and handling is I've turned on the lights light up bright red, only thing I can see that 2 numbers have a small section does not fully as if there dull bulb.
