Factory stated drive level is 10 watts in for 250W output but I find about 3.5W 97MHz gives out. There is an internal 4dB attenuate which if bypassed would allow even lower drive level. Up for your consideration is a Henry 250W FM broadcast band amplifier tuned around 97MHz. Amplifier has been tested into a load for about an hour where it was very stable.

I will guarantee this amplifier arrive in working condition, otherwise no warranty applies due to age of the equipment and have control over how it is used. Amplifier saturates at around 275W output with a little more drive.
