I only sell to upper 48 states. Can operate 5 watts with 12v battery 80 multi-function memory and yes. My radios are tested prior to shipping and this radio fits nicely in ones hand. I do not have a manual for this one.

Has 2 meter frequency capability 440 and receive only including air 118-136am. Comes with its fact sheets and a duplexes which I never used. Built in CTS encode standard. This radio comes with its carry case, antenna, dc adapter plug, battery case less batteries, and power supply for a I don't have.
