This unit does NOT include the auxiliary switch function option. You are purchasing a TE Systems 1412RAR Power Amplifier. While we never adjusted the tuning, it appears to be pretty straightforward. That option allows for remote control of the unit if your Systems support that.

These units are spec'd for an input of 25W to 50W with a gain 6dB. This is a continuous duty rated PA. Prior to packing them up, I have keyed all of up into a dummy load for 2 1/2 minutes with no wavering in the power level - as finals appear be just fine. This particular unit was used at 146.730 MHz but has a range from 144 to 148 spec.
