The spec sheet from Kuhne states that the input power is a maximum of 3W. I myself used 1W. Offered here is a used Kuhne transverter for 28MHz to 1296MHz. It has been tested to the limits of my equipment and is working properly.

The unit comes with its original paperwork in German and English. The receiver gain spec was 24dB and the noise figure is 0.6dB. The transverter has a crystal heater to aid stability.
