It doesn't have CTS so I couldn't access the repeater. The case shows signs of wear from years service and has several places where id markings were made obliterated. Only one row produced two tones. I've identified known issues, but there may be others.
The rest only one tone. Its been in storage for at least 5 years. Midland 13-510A 2-meter frequency synthesized transceiver included are the owners manual, mounting bracket, drake 1525 em microphone with wiring spec sheet and power plug a short pigtail wired to mole connector.
My guess is that they are dirty, but I haven't made any attempts at refurbishing. The meter needle is stuck midway.
The touch-tone pad switches need some work too. I don't have a power meter to measure the output. This radio is being sold-as, working, but with some issues and needs work. The front panel is in very good shape including knobs and buttons.
In summary, I am selling this radio as-is, needing work but it does transmit and receive. The rotary frequency switches are touchy and it took some cycling to get set. The radio is working but has some issues.
I powered it up for a quick transmit receive check into dummy load and the audio was OK in both directions.
