In testing it was found to be tuned for the higher end of 2M band. KLM Electronics PA 10-140BL Linear VHF Class AB FM/CW/SSB/AM Amplifier, This has a usable power input of 5-15 watts with nominal output 140. With 5 watts input resulted in 70 output at 147MHz. The cool thing is that you can run SSB, FM and even AM with it.

Sale includes and copy of the manual including schematic. With some tweaking it should more towards the middle of band. The was from a SK but seems to work quite well. 5 watt input for all tests into a 50 ohm load as measured with Bird 43 Meter at 12.8 volts .
